Introducing a new way for graded card collectors to collect what they love.
Here is how it works:
Our team has been busy at work engineering an innovative new way for trading card collectors to enjoy the experience of graded cards. While mystery slab games are not an entirely new concept, anyone can easily spend five minutes browsing any of the popular live streaming platforms and stumble across someone who is currently conducting the next slab pull box game. However, we understand that not all mystery-based slab games are created equal, and far too often, we have personally experienced disappointment with the reveals we received when we decided to buy in. Sometimes, the minimum value, or "floor," of the cards isn't made clear. Even when the floor is communicated, feelings of disappointment can still set in if the hit received comes in below that floor. This situation can create significant trust issues among collectors. But now, there is good news: we have developed a completely new and enhanced approach to conducting a mystery slab game, one that is designed to bring joy and satisfaction to all collectors involved. One that is built on transparency and trust!
Mystery Slab Formats:
High Stakes Chase
Our High Stakes Chase format is meticulously designed for the ultimate risk taker who is eager to take a crack at hitting the holy grail of their collection. This format offers exceptionally high ceilings that collectors find appealing, but it comes at a cost. To provide those enticing high ceilings is to strategically load in a large number of lower floor items. Typically, customers will encounter a ratio of 3:1 or 4:1 of ceiling hits compared to floor hits when making a purchase from this unique format. As an illustrative example, a High Stakes Chase format priced at $100 might offer a 25% chance of attaining a coveted $400 chase slab, while presenting a 75% chance of receiving only a more modest $25 slab.
High Roller Returns
Our High Roller Returns format is thoughtfully designed to maintain slab reveals that are closely aligned with what customers pay for their purchases.
For illustrative purposes , the reveal value remains within a range of 20% of the initial purchase price. For example, a $100 High Roller Returns format generally reveals a slab valued between $80 and $120.
This particular format is specifically intended for collectors who seek not only a dependable return on their investment but also an engaging and enjoyable experience during the reveal process.
Only WOTC Era Vintage Holos
For collectors that love vintage slabs.
Our WOTC Era format is designed to return a guaranteed graded Holo or Reverse Holo from any Wizard of the Coast Era Expansion set.
Only Scarlet & Violet Era SIR’s
Our Only Scarlet & Violet Era SIR format is guaranteed to revel only graded slabs that are of the Special Illustration Rare rarity.
This format is designed for collectors that are trying to round our their current collection of modern era slabs.
Only Sword & Shield Era Alternative Arts
Our Only Sword & Shield Era Alt Art format is guaranteed to revel only graded slabs that are considered alternative arts from the Sword & Shield block.
This format is designed for collectors that are trying to round our their current collection of modern era slabs.
What Grading Companies Can Be Found Inside
Professional Sports Authenticator
PSA branded graded slabs will typically make up the majority of the slab inventory that is included within each wave of mystery slabs.
As a general rule of thumb, you can expect all significant major chase hits within each wave to be sourced from PSA.
Automated Grading Systems
AGS are the new kids on the block, but we like them because of their AI based approach to card grading and the consistency that they provide when getting graded returns back.
As a rule of thumb, the non-chase hit slabs will primarily be made up of AGS Slabs
Certified Guaranty Company
We don't submit cards for CGC grading ourselves, but we often see their slabs at trade shows. Occasionally, we include CGC slabs in our mystery slab collections, but it is not very common.
As a rule of thumb, probably less than 5% of all slabs included in a wave of mystery slabs will be CGC brand.
